Hands of Hope Chiropractic & Wellness Center is located on 2001 Lafayette Blvd, Fredericksburg. From Dulles International Airport (IAD) head west on Saarinen Cir toward Copilot Way and slight right onto Copilot Way. Then turn left to stay on Copilot Way and turn right onto Cargo Dr. Next, continue onto Aviation Dr and use the left 2 lanes to take the ramp to State Hwy 28/I-66. After keep left at the fork, follow signs for VA-28 N/VA-7/Sterling and keep right at the fork to continue toward VA-267 E. At this point keep left at the fork and merge onto VA-267 E. Merge onto VA-267 E and head straight for 11mi. Then use the right 2 lanes to take exit 18A toward Interstate 495 S and merge onto 495 Express Lanes/Capital Beltway Outer Loop/Interstate 495 High Occupancy Toll. Next, 495 Express Lanes/Capital Beltway Outer Loop/Interstate 495 High Occupancy Toll turns slightly left and becomes I-495 S/Capital Beltway Outer Loop and use the right 3 lanes to take exit 57A toward VA-644. After that merge onto I-395 S and merge onto I-95 S. At this point keep right to stay on I-95 S and take exit 130A for State 3 E toward Fredericksburg. Merge onto Plank Rd and head straight. Continue straight to stay on Plank Rd and continue onto William St. Finally, continue onto Blue and Gray Pkwy and turn right onto Lafayette Blvd. Turn left onto Ability Pl and Hands of Hope Chiropractic & Wellness Center will be on your left.
