Dana - Massage Therapist

I have been a massage therapist for five years, helping my clients achieve better health and deep relaxation. I attended Eastern Virginia Career College here in Fredericksburg and have thousands of hours of experience and have developed a very intuitive and scientific approach. My focus is medical massage. With medical massage, the therapist targets specific conditions an individual has, as well as addresses the entire body as a whole.

Some specialties of mine include myofascial release, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, TMJ massage, plantar fascitis massage, pregnancy massage and sports massage. I am also trained to give massages that help with mental and emotional health such as anxiety and depression. I also utilize trigger point therapy to increase my clients' range of motion and blood circulation. Other ailments I have great success with are headaches and migraines as well as general soreness.

The thing I enjoy most is watching my clients get better and better every week. It brings me joy to connect with someone and assist their healing. I believe in creating a safe space and trusting relationship between client and practitioner to facilitate the healing process. Medical massage helps me with my own medical issues, so it is important to me that my clients feels the same relief. Letting them know that there is hope for pain-free living is what makes my job special!

Sara Connor - Magna Wave Therapist

Sara Connor, owner of Sterling Wave Therapy LLC, is a Certified Magna Wave Practitioner, AF Veteran, current AF spouse and mother of two teenage daughters, three horses and two puppies. With three Magna Wave certifications, Sara is passionate about helping humans, horses and dogs live their best lives, pain free, using Pulse Electro Magnetic Field (PEMF) therapy. She is currently treating issues such as degenerative back disease, ulcerative colitis, anxiety, depression, migraines, incontinence, arthritis, joint pain, plantar fasciitis, sprained ankles and lymes disease - all with incredible results.

PEMF therapy is drug-free, noninvasive and there is no down time. The magnetic waves work at the cellular level, helping the body heal itself naturally by increasing the blood flow, giving each cell oxygen and nutrients they need, and forcing the toxins out. The results are decreased amounts of inflammation and pain, more energy, increased range of motion and overall relaxation.

Sara treats at Hands of Hope on Mondays 8am-2pm, 5pm-8pm and Fridays 8am-2pm.

Please call/text/email Sara at 702-205-7746, sterlingwavetherapy@gmail.com, to schedule your FREE demonstration treatment and find out for yourself how PEMF can help you! You can also check out the Sterling Wave Therapy Facebook page for more information about the benefits of PEMF therapy and read Sara’s reviews.
